Job Description:	EXHIBIT A Job Description The Systems Administrator will administer Rational Clear Case/Clear Quest Suite of products and Cognos ReportNet across multiple environments. Job responsibilities will include installation and configuration of Cognos and Rational components, performing daily upgrades and maintenance, performing ReportNet archive deployments, server administration, troubleshooting daily issues and acting proactively to ensure smooth operations, namespace maintenance, working with internal groups and vendors when necessary to resolve issues and  providing input into monitoring Cognos and rational. The candidate will also administer ClearQuest including product support, schema migrations, problem and issue management as well as provide excellent support to end users in ClearCase/ClearQuest/UCM integrated environment. The candidate will be a self motivated individual that works well in groups as well as independently and requires little direction to achieve results. The candidate must also have proven leadership skills and the ability to serve as group leader and manage task of several individuals. Job Qualifications: 1. A master's degree in computer science from an accredited college and three years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience using mainframe, mini- or micro-computer technology in computer applications programming, systems programming, computer systems development, data telecommunications, data base administration, or planning of data processing, at least 18 months of this experience must have been in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity in the areas of computer applications programming, systems programming, computer systems development, data telecommunications, data base administration, or planning of data processing or in the supervision of staff performing  these duties; or 2. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of experience as described in "1" above; or 3. A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and six years of experience as described in "1" above; or 4. Education and experience equivalent to "1", "2" or "3" above. However, all candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and must possess at least three years of experience as described in "1" above, including the 18 months of administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience as described in "1" above. Essential Skills: Professional, self-motivated, positive attitude, good communication and customer service skills. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Good problem solving skills. Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Configuration Management. BS, Computer Science, with 5 years work experience. Training / Presentation skills. Knowledge of the Windows Operating System and Oracle Database.
