. Lo Audit Your Responsibilities: Key areas of responsibilities· Client Relation Management - Develops and nurture a proactive working relationship with Auditees. Anticipates his/her need and risks, refocusing audit scope to address them. · People Management - Provides coaching and input on individual training plan.· Project Management - Manages projects (planning, finalize the scope and engagement, logistics, and communication with other IA members). Directly executes audits (kick-off meeting, co-ordination of interviews and testing, database update, provide periodic update to client and PD auditors, reviews final and draft report, performs the closing meeting and follow-up). Provides on-the-job training.· Communication - Ensures adequate/effective communication channels are in place and functioning for team and others (PD Auditors, Senior Audit Manager, etc.)Leadership Competencies: · Drive for results - Takes personal ownership for achieving agreed results (audit project quality and timeliness). · Pursue market insight - Adopts, and implements new audit initiatives. Your Profile: The Audit Manager should have a Master degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent. An MBA is preferred. Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant is necessary. You should also have 5+ years of experience in business environment, experience in public accounting, finance and administration, consulting is a plus. ·Management experience - Should exhibit leadership skills including positive attitude and ambition· Positive interpersonal and strong oral and written communications skills are necessary. · Contacts:
