Essentials: Java, J2EE, JSP, JMS, Relational Database design and implementation, ERM, PL/SQL, GUI development concepts, N-Tier Architecture, XML, SAX, DOM, SOAP, Web services, UNIX and NT, SUN Solaris Preferred, team lead experience, systems architecture experience with taking systems from design to production and support through multiple release cycles, Financial Services

Desired Experience: C++ development, Oracle, Sybase
