The SAP Senior Training Consultant (SC) is responsible for successful development and completion of learning deliverables, particularly related to SAP ERP end-user training). The SC works with clients to define business and performance issues relating to professional and skills development needs. The SC applies their knowledge of current industry trends in the fields of education, delivery media alternatives, and current offerings and solutions to address organization capabilities and specific development needs. The SC develops a training plan, training courses, handles training logistics, as well as delivers training using the appropriate instructional design methodology and the application of the appropriate learning strategies to solve business problems. Preference will go to candidates with prior consulting experience.

To be considered a qualified candidate for this role candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience in developing and delivering SAP and ERP end-user training. Skilled in applying instructional design methodology, learner strategies, & delivery media alternatives to training design. Must have strong technical writing skills, strong stand-up training delivery skills, as well as strong interpersonal and team-building skills. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 100% travel will be required and candidates must live near major metropolitan airports.

Candidate Must Have :
* 4 years experience in developing and delivering SAP and ERP end-user training
* experience applying instructional design methodology, learner strategies, & delivery media alternatives to training design
* 3 years of experience as an external consultant
* able to travel Monday through Friday each week
