Relationship Manager: Infrastructure Services: to $150K plus bonus (30%)

Relationship manager who is building on the existing client base for infrastructure services. They manage a BDM; they manage a relationship. They are not "car salesmen". They are work on a high level (a BDM works on the ground). Again, needs experience with managed services, infrastructure services, outsourcing data centers, needs consulting experience.

 

Salary to $150K plus bonus (30%)

50% travel expected.

 

* Own overall relationship between IT IS and assigned industry verticals.  Measured on overall IT IS P&L within verticals, including revenue and customer profitability, as well as customer satisfaction of IT IS accounts in assigned verticals.

 

* Own IT IS revenue quota and customer profitability targets for IT IS business within assigned industry verticals.

- Define, develop and execute an IT IS plan for each assigned vertical.

- Become a virtual member of the Vertical team

 

* In conjunction with off shore delivery leader, responsible to ensure IT IS meets its delivery contractual requirements and meets/exceeds customer’s expectations.

-Meet in person quarterly with all key IT IS clients within assigned vertical to review status and issues.

- Maintain communications with key customer executives to ensure knowledge of changing customer environment.

-Continually evaluate IT IS delivery efforts within Vertical and put plans in place to improve as needed.

 

* Direct managerial over site of onshore delivery resources.  Ensure proper staffing and skills are in place on shore as per our contracts and to meet customer demands. 

 

* Drive new IT IS business into current base and new logos.  Direct over site of Business Development Managers.  Manage virtual solution/proposal team on customer bids.

- Responsible for bid strategy, executive communications, executive summary in proposal and pricing to maximize opportunity to win business and profitability 

 

Experience

 

 

* 15+ years experienced senior delivery, business development, and/or solution manager/executive in Information Technology Infrastructure Outsourcing, managed services, professional/consulting services to Enterprise Customers

 

* Experienced in managing a P&L

 

* Experience with a global delivery model

 

* Proven track record of ability to operate at the CXX level

 

*Strong technical acumen with ability to work with technical delivery teams

 

* Successful business development track record in generating new business

 

*Excellent communications and negotiations skills

 

* Strong leadership skills with ability to operate in a virtual team structure

 

* Motivated, self starter who does not require significant over site

 

* Comfortable with high levels of travel(50%)

 

* Specific commercial industry expertise is desirable
