 I need an IT budgeting analyst that currently has a job or who is a freelance and agrees on few assignments per year.

Let me specify requirements:

 This person will be is responsible for financial matters, guidance, recommendations (Financial forecasting), planning, analysis, budgeting. As an IT budgeting consultant will performs regular and sometimes complex financial and business analysis related to IT.

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Prepare period forecasts, IT Budget models, oversee all adjusting entries, and provide variance analysis to IT Director

2.      Work with IT Director in linking business issues facing the IT organization, analyze data and trends and develop strategic recommendations for IT director based on established policies and sound business principles

 

Required Skills:
- Prior working experience as an IT Budgeting Analyst.
- few years experience in similar accounting or financial role including management of budgets.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual abilities. -
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management or equivalent experience.
-  Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and meticulous work ethic.
