Two to Three years experience. Work with an International group of people so you must have an engaging and Charismatic Personality. You will be entertaining after business hours as well. They must have experience on EM Trading or Sales Desk and some good relationships with EM Traders as well as a couple currently participating on their Platform. They require Bi-lingual Spanish or Portuguese.

Description and Responsibilities: The role is a producing broker on the Emerging Markets Cash and CDS Inter-Dealer Brokering Desk. Position responsibilities include:
• Leveraging relationships with traders at participating dealer EM desks to migrate inter-dealer trading electronically and thereby build trade volume;
• Developing and cultivating new and existing desk relationships through business meetings and social functions;
• Identifying and initiating new relationships with traders currently not using our platform;
• Daily management of risk and trade execution;
• Work with desk management and technologists in improving the functionality and usability of our trading technology.

Requirements:
• We require some experience on an EM trading or sales desk which has resulted in good relationships with EM traders at minimally one dealer currently participating on our platform.
• Must have solid PC skills (e.g., MS Office applications, including Outlook) and embrace technology efficiencies.
• Good presentation as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to entertain clients and prospective clients after business hours.
• Ability to build a book of business and tenacity to convince traders to move their trades electronically.

Preferred Skills:
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills required
