The Compensation Consultant will work with the Business/Human Resources partners to develop innovative pay programs. Counsels management on compensation strategy, policies, programs, and communications. Emphasis is primarily on program development and service delivery/administration with some advisory and consultative activities.

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Three to 5 years professional experience in human resources or compensation. Professional certification (CCP or PHR) preferred. Demonstrated interpersonal/communication skills. Excellent analytical skills with emphasis on personal computer applications and PeopleSoft preferred and detail orientation. Practical knowledge of implications of government regulatory guidelines on evaluation decisions and recommendations. Project management preferred.
