Description:   
Qualifications 
6+ years finance experience. 
Strong analytical skills and able to think strategically 

Preferred Skills 
Strong financial modeling skills (Excel). 
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal). 
Prior experience in the financial services industry. 
Prior experience in budget planning, reporting, variance analysis and month end close processes. 
Knowledge of Datamart, Dashboard, other internal Wells Fargo tracking reporting systems. 
Strong user of Hyperion Essbase 

Responsible for providing the most complex financial analysis in support of management decision-making 

Provides direction or guidance to less experienced staff. Ensures adherence to compliance and risk management requirements. 
Conduct in-depth research of financial, operating and/or economic data and analyzing, interpreting and reporting findings 
Work with business partners to collect financial data, performi high-level analysis, test for accuracy, identifying and resolve problems 
Perform complex variance and trend analyses 
Create and/or monitor systems or models to predict financial outcomes
