Description:    Serve as a senior HR Client Manager/Business Partner for the professional side of the business including working with both executive and non-executive leaders. Employees includes all professional employees located in San Diego as well as expats and foreign local nationals in Europe and Asia. 

Will also have senior level labor relations responsibilities and oversight that will be further described during the interview process. 

Responsibilities include: 
-Staffing and recruiting 
-Talent management/succession planning 
-Performance management 
-Leader development 
-Compensation planning 
-Organizational design and structure 
-HR metrics (various) and headcount tracking/approval process 
-Employee relations/conflict resolution/investigations 
-Process development/deployment and continuous improvement 
-Employee engagement activities 
-Project work 

Some travel may be required. 

Candidate Must Have : BS/BA or higher degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related fields. Experience with Project Management, Experience with Communications/presentations/business writing. Knowledge of computers and related business applications, e.g. MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word. 10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
