Description:    Responsibilities to include: 

Software Testing 
Perform functional acceptance and regression testing on internally developed applications to certify them for production implementation 
Develop test plans and project plans, based on overall project requirements 
Create, maintain and update test cases and regression scripts 
Report and manage software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle 
Use Automation and other Industry best practices to enhance the testing process 

Level 2 Support 
Research issues or potential defects encountered in production 

Required Skills 

3+ years of relevant IT experience. 
3+ years testing experience. 
Knowledge of the Software development life-cycle. 
Use of QA Automation tools. 
Familiarity with Process and Procedures as they pertain to test and industry standards. 
Independent Testing of Client Server based applications. 
Experience with developing test scripts and test plans. 
Financial industry experience (stocks, options, futures) a very significant plus. 
Familiarity with the Microsoft Dot.Net Framework (C# and ASP) and SQL knowledge highly desirable. 

Strong communication skills are required, frequent interaction with internal and external customers.
