Primary Skills:        
Description:    - A credit risk professional with 7+ years of experience in consumer lending businesses, in particular with experience in acquisitions and credit score management 
- Demonstrated understanding of the model development lifecycle including post implementation use and monitoring 
- Proficiency in providing analytical support and recommendation into credit score development and model risk management strategies 
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in using SAS/Unix environment and Excel 

Preferred Skills: 
- An MBA, economics, statistics or other advanced degree strongly preferred 

Responsibilities include: 
- SME on credit score models 
- Track adherence to model risk management policy and regulatory expectations. Escalate exceptions 
- Validate assumptions and empirical evidence 
- Review and provide credible challenge to model risk ranking and model inventories 
- Assess ongoing model performance monitoring, annual reviews, revalidations for higher ranked models to ensure appropriate use of models 
- Create tools for aggregating model risk across all credit score models and for aggregating performance reporting for executive leadership review
