Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software; 
Practical experience with Ghost, sysprep and bootdisks; 
Documentation skills; 
High level of initiative and dedication; 
Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, as well as excellent verbal 
and written communications skills; 
Demonstrated ability to be a team player and willingness to lend a hand with any project; 
Microsoft Certifications a plus (MCSA/MCITP) 
Ability to solve problems quickly and completely; 
A solid understanding of Windows XP/7 and Windows Server 2003/2008R2; understands paging and swapping concepts 
Required Experience 
3+ years of hands-on experience with server applications in a Microsoft networked environment. 
High level of expertise in the following areas: 
Windows XP/7/8 
Windows Server 2003/2008R2/2012 
Office 2007/2010/2013 
Basic knowledge of Exchange 2010 
Familiarity with Active Directory and its administration 
Familiarity with Group Policy Objects 
Strong knowledge of hardware 
Avaya knowledge a plus
