Description: | Responsibilities: 1. Execute SAP CRM configuration tasks as needed. 2. Consult as needed on SAP Security, batch jobs, interfaces, master data, etc with users and technical resources as relates to SAP CRM . 3. Provide complex/difficult Level 2 and 3 support issues, for users for SAP CRM. 4. Work with key business stakeholders on new processes, functionality or break/fix of existing solution that leverage SAP CRM. 5. Work with development team on needed requirements and specifications for SAP CRM. 6. Manage small regional/local projects as required. 7. Keep abreast of latest technology offerings from SAP and leverage them to enhance existing and new solutions 8. Support and adhere to existing change management, testing, governance and audit processes. 9. Design and execute solution scenario testing, document and engage end users whenever possible. Skills: 1. Intermediate to advanced experience in SAP CRM configuration and technology . 2. Specific experience with Campaign Management, Segmentation Builder, Contact and Account Management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Territory Management, and Interaction Center Management. 3. Knowledge of or exposure to Mobile CRM applications. 4. Experience leading small projects with minimal supervision. 5. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems while leveraging standard SAP as much as possible. 6. Good organizational skills, time management skills and demonstrated ability to work independently. 7.
