| Description: | Audit and recommend improvements to operations and processes.
Help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas audited.
Provide field leadership as needed, (auditor in-charge). Assist Management with compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Participate in special projects and fraud investigations as needed. Provide internal management consulting services as needed.
Pass through position in internal Audit to expand future career opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate technical accounting and controls issues in terms so that non-financial audience can understand the significance of the subject matter being discussed. Ability to establish relationships.
• Ability to travel (by airplane and car) nore than 50%, typically Monday through Friday, however international assignments will require weekends out of town, passport required.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving.
• Foreign language and international business experience with global manufacturing organization desirable. Mandarin language skills is a must.
• Ability to work on diverse teams.
• Strong PC/computer skills required.
• Process improvement orientation.
• Personal flexibility to adapt to a changing schedule or priority.
• Excellent organization, project and time management skills.
Undergraduate degree-Accounting / Finance / Business / Industrial Engineering / IT.
• MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
• Three to five years minimum experience in financial / accounting / business / consulting / information technology disciplines, including at least 2 years in audit.
• Professional Certification(s) desirable (CA, CPA, CMA, CIA, CISA, etc.)
