Requirements:  

Bachelor's degree in IT or MIS or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience designing solutions using Oracle PL/SQL technology

Deep understanding of Oracle database technology and data modeling knowledge

3+ years' in IT developer analyst role

Strong business requirement gathering, analysis and end-to-end solution design experience using Oracle PL/SQL

Lead business requirements gathering and reviews to understand and define system goals and technical system requirements

Create end-to-end solution architecture, functional and technical specifications using structured analysis and modeling techniques (activity diagram, process flow, data flow, entity relationship diagrams)
