QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.  Master's Degree is a plus. 4-6 years financial analysis and modeling experience (strong modeling experience is the key to this role)

 

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint. • Basic accounting knowledge.

 

• Demonstrated internal customer service skill. Outstanding Verbal and written communication skill.  CFA is very helpful.  CPA is useful, but this is NOT a debits/credits position.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models including overall company financials (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) and detailed revenue, compensation, and non-compensation models.

 

• Liaise with accounting to understand company financials and create accurate projections.

 

• Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.

 

• Prepare scenario analysis of company financials to facilitate senior management in making decisions regarding the strategic direction of the business and the implications on the company’s financials and capital structure.

 

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis.

 

• Assist with the development, roll-out, and maintenance of department expense reports.

 

• Assist with the company budgeting and strategic planning process.
