The PeopleSoft HR Senior Consultant (SC) will have Min. 4 yrs. experience implementing v8.x PeopleSoft HR, including eRecruitment and ePerformance,Bachelor s Degree or equivalent exp. Requires hands-on delivery/configuration experience in the core PeopleSoft HR modules as well as consulting experience. 2 full lifecycle projects are required. HR Outsourcing/ HR shared service center experience.

Candidate Must Have :
* Must have recent PS/HCM Functional Consultant Experience.Working functional knowledge of PS HCM applications and Configuration of core HR,Experience implementing Position Mgmt, Compensation, Competency Mgmt, Training & Development, Payroll and Time & Labor,Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology, Requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes, Test plan, scenario, & script development, UAT execution lead role for a specific area, Medium to large client interaction & process consulting experience, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio, Strong verbal/written communications skills,Process definition, analysis, design, & implementation, Training material development, Process Transformation,
* Need to have v8.8+ or above.

Would prefer Midwest/ North/East but are open to 21 core cities.
