Manager of Technical Order Data Systems in Global Sustainment Information Systems and Technology (IS&T). Manage and direct Information Systems professionals responsible for the Business Systems Analysis and Project Management for the definition, design, development, implementation and maintenance of Technical Publications Systems for all Programs. Provide day to day tasking of assigned personnel. Determine Technical capability/feasibility of Technical Order Data System implementations. Manage Technical Order Data System development, deployment and support within budget and schedule. Work directly with customers and management, partners and subcontractors and be responsible for building and managing geographically dispersed teams. Coordinate employee recruitment, selection and training. Oversee performance assessment; task assignments; salary, and career development; recognition/disciplinary actions. This position will also include responsibilities as the Global Sustainment IS&T Site Lead to provide a single point of contact for Global Sustainment IS&T activities at the Marietta site and represent Global Sustainment IS&T at the Marietta IS&T staff meeting
