We are actively searching for Websphere Integration Architect. The ideal candidate will provide technical sales support for the WebSphere family of products. The ideal candidate will develop WebSphere business integration solutions, based on Service Oriented Architecture and IBM's Enterprise Service Business offerings. Supported products include WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere ESB, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere MQ and other application integration technologies. The ideal candidate’s typical duties include solution development and proposals, technical presentations, product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, supporting customer installation and configuration, and planning and assuring successful software deployments. The customer is the US Federal Government. The ideal candidate must be able to obtain basic clearance to enter and work at Federal government facilities. Major Field of Study: Computer Science or Engineering. The ideal candidate must have experience with SOA, Business Integration, ESB and BPM. The Websphere Integration Architect must reside in the Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD. area. The successful candidate will be mobile and will work remotely with minimal travel (up to 20%) required. Our Sales people are measured on sales results so compensation includes both base pay & commission and is commensurate with experience.

Customer-facing sales, technical sales or consulting experience is required. Candidate should have recent hands-on experience with leading-edge business integration software technologies. Knowledge of business integration competitive market is desired. Some travel is required. Candidate must be located in the greater Baltimore/Washington DC geography. The ideal candidate must have experience with SOA, Business Integration, Enterprise Service Bus, Business Process Management.

* Must have experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
* Must have experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
* Must have experience with Business Process Management (BPM)
* Must have experience with Enterprise Integration
* Must have Process Choreography experience; must have Technical pre-sales experience; must have experience with Competitor products: BEA, Tibco, WebMethods, SeeBeyond
