Associate Partner (AP) has direct accountability for the overall successful delivery of large scale SAP CRM engagements involving technology, process and organization change initiatives. The AP provides hands-on leadership and direction to the team as well as manages client executive relationships and will assist in the growth of the SAP CRM Industrial practice on the West coast. The AP will also be responsible for leading business case development and performance measurement. This is a hands-on consulting and delivery role in a complex and integrated environment. Preferred candidates should have SAP CRM certification, experience in Industrial Sector industries and experience in a large consulting firm environment Major Field of Study:Masters Degree or Equivalent Experience SAP CRM Program Management including scope management / control and quality (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Business Case Development (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Working functional/technical knowledge of SAP CRM applications (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Large complex consulting/client management experience with VP level and abo (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Hands on developed deliverables defined by formal/structured methodology (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Experience selling major SAP CRM implementation consulting projects in the (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform) Experience articulating complex solutions and program benefits. (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform). Candidate Must Have :
* Associate Partner (AP) has direct accountability for the overall successful delivery of large scale SAP CRM engagements involving technology, process and organization change initiatives.
* Minimum of 5 years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities.
* Demonstrated hands-on program management experience with at least 3 full lifecycle, successful large-scale SAP CRM transformation engagements involving technology, process, & organizational change initiatives.
* Preferred candidates should have SAP CRM certification, experience in Industrial Sector industries. Major Field of Study: 10+ years of experience with a Masters Degree or equivalent experience
