East Hartford Repair Operations is looking for an energetic 1st shift Cell Leader to supervise hourly skilled employees in the Military and Hollow Fan Blade areas, and work closely with Engineering engaged in production, through a variety of repair processes. Typical duties may include:

1.) Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on team building through toolbox meetings with your hourly associates, engineers, and Continious Improvement(Ace) pilots.

2.) You will be measured on your delivery performances to maitain 100% on time delivery in meeting customer satisfaction, ACE Gold initiatives, EHS audits/safety, VSM tools.

3.) Maintain close liasion with the leadership team in other repair areas, suppliers, financial etc.

4.) Maintain an excellent training program within the area in accordance with the business needs, EHS, ACE Tools, Ethics

Candidate Must Have :
* BA/BS required
* 3-5 years experience in leading and working with hourly & salary employees. Some experience with aftermarket overhaul and repair procedures.
* An understanding in various machining centers, NDT welding, QA. Ability to meet deadlines.
