Controller / CFO MABJA1
Controller who has the ability to consolidate and manage their accounting and reporting process across International offices. They are looking to take their somewhat crude processes and to formalize them. This will involve either enhancing or replacing the existing accounting system. This person will have 2 direct reports; a Senior Accountant and an Analyst.
The Controller will…
Come from a Financial Services / Brokerage background
Have had exposure to AP, Reconciliation and reporting.
Be trained as an Accountant (CPA preferred)
Be involved in the tax filing and audit processes.
Be responsible for detailed reports and the generation of those reports.
Be responsible for cash management within offices internationally.
Be involved with regulatory reporting
The client believes that candidates from medium sized broker dealers is the right fit
They are looking for someone with the right experience but say they can go as high as 150K base for this role. Bonus is commensurate with company performance.
