Degree Required : 4 Year Degree
Travel Required : weekly travel to other CA facilities

The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing oversight and direction for program implementation to achieve and sustain compliance to state and federal environmental regulations; Developing and deploying key environmental programs and policies for multiple facilities including a machining environment; Working with senior management to develop and provide effective training and programs to support the corporate EH&S Management program. This position will be based out of Pomona,CA but will require weekly travel to Long Beach/Ontario facilities. Must be knowledgeable in hazardous materials and hazardous waste functions.

Education BS in Environmental Science or related field.

Experience/Qualifications Minimum 4 years experience providing environmental engineering and/or environment program support in a machining environment. This position requires an enthusiasm and dedication to safety and the environment, teamwork, time management, good communication skills, and proven leadership skills. CHMM or other related certifications a plus.
Candidate Must Have :

* Bachelor's Degree
* at least 4 years of experience in the field
* candidate must currently reside in California
