8+ years development experience required (For Team Lead, 4 years for Developer)
6+ years Java development experience required (For Team Lead, 3 years for Developer)
Software design/architecture experience required
Distributed Computing (e.g., J2EE, SOA, Grid Computing) or Messaging architecture experience required
ETL experience or good data understanding (e.g., good relational database/SQL knowledge) required
Experience with a well-known application server (e.g., JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere) required
Mentorship of junior developers required
Team lead experience required
Retail, e-commerce, financial services, or content/media required

Establishment of build environments and development best practices a strong plus
Experience using open source libraries (e.g., Jakarta) a strong plus
Knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques a strong plus
Knowledge of "Gang of Four" or other design patterns a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
