PAID RELOCATION
Manage successful implementation of Annuity Order Entry and Annuity Service Offering to key clients (external Broker Dealers) of First Clearing Corp Correspondent Team. Manage relationship with Executive Annuity Business Representatives within the client’s Broker Dealer throughout the deployment of web-based annuity technology platform and service offerings.

Essential Functions:
Drive the day-to-day management of annuities technology implementations to ensure key milestones are defined, tracked, & results reported. This includes establishment of key success metrics that can be used to benchmark progress for the implementation.
Work directly with technology and development teams to define business requirements, prioritize work efforts, provide subject matter expertise, and otherwise represent the business need in the implementation effort
Manage relationship to key management team within Client’s Broker Dealer organization throughout the implementation process. Working with annuity carriers to prioritize the products & features and desired features throughout each phase of the rollout including maintenance or enhancements to launched products. Participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process, including sales presentations / demonstrations regarding annuity services and technology platform capabilities.

Knowledge and Skills Required
10 years annuity and insurance experience
5 years experience working in broker dealer and bank insurance and annuity distribution channels.
Proven effective communication skills with clients and prospects.
Proven project management acumen supporting mid to large projects.
Proven Relationship Management acumen.
Proven public speaking / presentation skills.
Ability and experience in selling process.
Experience managing other professionals or work teams.
Excellent communication skills (written & oral).

Preferred
Annuity Order Entry Implementation Experience

Candidate Must Have :
* Annuity and insurance experience REQUIRED
* Broker dealer/bank insurance/annuity distribution channel experience REQUIRED
* Management experience REQUIRED
* Demonstrated Project Management experience REQUIRED
* Annity Order Entry Implementation Experience PREFERRED
