The PeopleSoft HR Benefits/Payroll Senior Consultant (SC) will have 4 yrs. PS HR hands-on delivery & configuration (config) experience (v8.8+), including full-life cycle project & config of the Payroll and Benefits Admin modules; 2 full lifecycles; Solid understanding of HR processes; Ability to resolve config and functional business issues across various HR modules in a hands-on manner; Understanding of basic underlying technology used for integration and customization

Candidate Must Have :
* Recent PS HR Benefits/Payroll Functional Consultant experience Working functional knowledge of PS HCM, Configuration of PeopleSoft Payroll & Benefits, Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology, Requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes,Test plan, scenario, & script development, UAT execution lead role for a specific area, Medium to large client interaction & process consulting, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio, Strong verbal/written communications, Process definition, analysis, design, & implementation, Training material development, Process Transformation.
* Need to have v8.8+ or above.

Would prefer Midwest/ North/East but are open to 21 core cities
