HR Director

Base to $110K , bonus (at or above) 20%

 

HR Director for HQ in NYC. The role is an HR Generalist and manages Recruitment, Employee Relations and Organizational Development (Operations/Administration, e.g., Benefits, Payroll, etc., are not a part of this Director’s profile.)

 

The ideal person: A Strategic Thinker. Someone who can be an active partner with the Department Heads/Hiring Managers. Need a very, very smart person with a track record of solution-driven accomplishments. This is a very hands-on role, the go-to person. Need someone who has a point-of-view and actively forms relationships as a member of the management team. Ideally, someone out of a mid-size financial software environment is preferred, but not essential.

 

Requirements:

 

*           IT/Tech HR experience of at least 5 years in all HR functions

*           Specific track record with Recruitment – Required

*           Team work and leadership characteristics

*           Experience with the Software financial world – preferred

*           Experience with a global and distributed company (US, Europe, Israel) preferred

 

Headcount is at approx. 100 and will be looking to double within the next calendar year.

 

This position will report to the CFO of the company.
