Job Description:	Job Description Strong programmer/developer with a minimum experience of 5 years in C++ to work in the Equity Derivatives trading area. Looking for a person is a good problem solver, has good communication skills, is committed and is a team player. Experience in a server based distributed environment is a big plus. Developer will be working closely with traders and trader support is a requirement. Platforms: Strong UNIX development. Knowledge of Linux is a plus. Knowledge of Java is nice to have. Database Systems: Strong relational database development skills. Other Programming Skills: Strong C++ skills Strong multi-threaded software development skills At least 3 years experience in distributed systems FIX protocol is a plus Business Knowledge: Knowledge in Equity and/or Equity Derivatives trading. Project Experience: Has the ability to plan and give time estimation on projects Communication Skills: Has the ability to document their work and is a team player.
