ROLE IS BOTH TECHNICAL AND PRE-SALES
 
Responsibilities
•         Lead and Manage a multinational regional technical accounts team
•         Set strategy, goals, metrics, and compiles/analyzes statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.
•         Manage and drive problem-solving efforts between customers and company services.
•         Territory Growth/Development
•         Work closely with direct sales to position and sell the company services and solutions – including conference calls, site visits, presentations, technical evaluations, technical objection handling, proposals, and follow up on all customer related technical requirements.
•         Act as the technical point of contact for business partners to help facilitate communication to clients.
•         Responsible for training and mentoring for functional teams to ensure that process guidelines are understood and followed.
•         Proactively collaborate and communicate with external and internal customers to analyze information, business needs and functional requirements.
•         Assist staff and clients with documentation and analysis of:
•         Functional requirements of the  SOAP based web services
•         Use cases
•         Test cases and testing plan development
•         Ongoing analysis of system performance after “Go Live”
 
 
Minimum Requirements
•         At least 2-3 years of experience in managing professional services operation.
•         Industrial Engineering, information systems or Computer Science Degree preferred
•         At least one year of customer-facing experience in a consulting or pre-sales role.
•         Proficient in English, both reading and writing. Excellent presentation and communication skills
•         Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment and work under pressure.
•         Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
•         Highly organized and Independent
•         Must have valid passport
•         Ability to travel overseas for 15-25% of the time
Preferred Requirements:
•         Analytical abilities
•         MBA or advanced degree
•         3+ years IT/Technical Industry experience
•         Deep experience in one or more of the following areas: ASP.NET application installation & configuration, Networking, SQL, Widows server OS, IIS, XML, SOAP, programming, scripting, BigData/Hadoop.

Requirements
5+ years recruiting management experience, including proactive/passive sourcing experience
Corporate, RPO, or agency search recruiting within IT, engineering, and/or high tech manufacturing
Experience with management/development of strategic recruitment solutions
Experience and success managing to metrics in the recruiting environment
Expertise in using advanced search techniques
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive, coupled with a strong understanding of recruitment operations
Goal orientation with a strong commitment to quality; results driven and deadline-oriented
Exceptional communication, consultative and negotiation skills; strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with executives and key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to build client relationships with client contacts at all levels of an organization
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
 
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 10-12 recruiters covering exempt, non-exempt, professional and technical recruiting functions
Coach and mentor recruiters on sourcing techniques, recruitment strategy, process management and consultative activity
Develop the recruiting team into expert consultants and inspire them to exceed targets; manage the recruiters in a metric-driven environment
Anticipate needs and allocate recruiting resources and requisition loads to ensure a high level of customer service to HR and hiring managers
Act as a consultative business partner by knowing the labor market and the client’s business industry in order to provide exceptional recruitment consulting strategies
Develop and present recruitment strategy plans to high level customers
Monitor and measure the satisfaction of this client in order to respond to escalated concerns and be proactive about preventing future issues
Drive continuous process improvements in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment
Audit the teams’ metrics, process adherence and administrative compliance, including OFCCP
Effectively work as a peer to other Recruiting Managers in order to build efficiencies and foster a strong team environment
