RESPONSIBILITIES: responsible for crafting the long-term strategic vision that will position the Deposits business for sustainable growth. This team will be the critical link to ensure alignment of Deposit Product strategies and the broader GBG and Segment strategic initiatives and plans.
Manage the development of the overall portfolio strategies from which product management and product innovation can leverage to define and achieve near end and long term goals. Define the framework including, targets and growth areas around which product specific goals can be leveraged. Drive the development process of the 3-year and annual Deposit strategic plans. Responsible for identifying emerging competitive, industry, and consumer gaps and trends, underdeveloped or untapped customer segments, defining optimal segmentation and targeting of existing and new customer segments, channels and broad Deposit product and service opportunities to drive long-term, sustainable acquisition and retention strategies. Through the use of research and other analytical tools determine market potential of key acquisition and retention drives drivers, and leverage product positioning that can serve as growth platforms upon which strategies can be built. Socialize opportunities and strategies with Product teams and key business partners and partner to support implementation of those strategies.

Candidate Must Have :
* 7-10 years Banking knowledge to include recent strategic planning, business development, product/brand/Portfolio Management
* development of new and existing product positioning
* Experience leading annual business opportunity/marketing planning for a consumer product or service.

The HRIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing management reporting and technology services to the human resources department and other entities as requested.  Reports will consist of various spreadsheet analyses, database sorting and querying, as well as other forecasting analysis as necessary.  The HRIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the existing HRIS system and related vendor relationships, along with exploring, making recommendations and implementing any new technologies/applications to be implemented in the future.


 

 

Responsibilities/Duties


 

§         Create, prepare and automate various electronic reports related to Human Resources for all Company offices and reporting as requested from Corporate Finance and various Department heads

§         Assist in the development of regular analysis processes and reports to be used by senior management

§         Create and maintain various ad hoc Excel spreadsheets.

§         Identify and implement enhancements focused on increasing the effectiveness of application(s) and technologies utilized for analysis and accuracy of the reports

§         Provide HR related data to the business and all HR related vendors as needed

§         Participate in or lead implementation of any new HR technologies and/or applications

§         Act as liaison to outside technology vendors and the Corporate IT department

§         Administrate other HR related applications such as Performance Management, Employee Directory etc.

 


 

 

Competencies:


 

§         Development management of level reports for executives

§         Business reporting tools such as Cognos or Crystal Reports

§         Superior knowledge of Excel, Access and other Microsoft Office software

§         Strong oral and written communication skills

§         Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Academic Qualifications & Other Requirements (minimum):

DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES:

 

·         Responsible for completion of PC/Mac and Systems support tasks in a timely and accurate manner, including tasks at all levels of complexity. Support tasks include PC, Mac, Printers, Phone and Blackberry support. Duties include attending to phone calls and responding to emails when customers call in to or e-mail the Help Desk.

·         Independently investigate technical problems, recommend alternate solutions and execute the appropriate solution for all levels of problems, share the technical work with other members of the team, assist other members of the team with technical solutions.

·         Responsible for documentation, tracking and resolution of issues, and monitoring recurring issues and suggesting long term solutions for such issues
