Knowledge in relation to Benefits Administration Module. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Database model. Strong UNIX and Shell Scripting. Strong knowledge of STAT tool. Experience documenting processes for HR, Payroll and/or Benefits. Experience working on an enterprise wide project a must. Excellent understanding of a systems development lifecycle methodology . Good Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. Certified Developer. Knowledge of VISTA Plus report distribution tool and CA Scheduler Tool. Knowledge of mainframe environment is a plus. Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or civil service environment.
