Candidate must have OTM Technical development experience with proven references working on OTM projects ideally 4 years of hands on experience. 

· OTM design 8 

• Technologies: Java, .NET, WSDL, SOAP, SOA 

• Integration Tools : BPEL, WebMethods, Websphere, Netweaver, Tibco, MQ 

• Tibco experience will be viewed as a big advantage 

• User interface design: HTML, JSP, Javascript, J2EE, Shell, Perl 

• Application design: Java, C++, WebLogic, Websphere, Apache, Tomcat 

• Database: Oracle, DB2 

• Operating systems: Windows, UNIX, AIX, Solaris, Redhat Enterprise Linux 2.1-5 

• Nice to have not required: SQL skills, PCMiler, MileMaker, FaxMaker, Nagios, Munin, Symantec Netbackup, Oracle Report Writer, XML Publisher, Published transportation rate tariffs (such as UPS and SMC³'s CzarLite)

Participate in all phases of the software development cycle for our customer facing reporting systems, to include; designing, development, testing and documentation of Java applications and web applications. 

Be part of the team that is responsible for developing a multi-tier customer facing reporting systems, including Portfolio Analyst, Employee Track and other customer statements and tax reports. Duties for this position will include the design, development and support of these systems using Java (core, JSP/Servlet, J2EE), XML and PL/SQL. A successful candidate will be highly analytical and adept at solving complex problems.

Position responsibilities are as follows: 

* Support client inquiries received via inbound calls, online chats and a proprietary email messaging system. Inquiries will encompass a broad range of hardware, software and connectivity matters. 
* Assist clients with platform set-up and configuration 
* Conduct real-time diagnosis and troubleshooting in order to identify and resolve platform operation and performance issues 
* Work interactively with other customer service staff and developers 
* Utilize ticketing system to document and track all inbound and outbound customer interactions 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 

* Bachelor’s Degree or technical school equivalent with emphasis in Information Technology 
* Possess a strong understanding of current technologies including DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, and Windows XP/7, Mac and Unix/Linux operating systems. 
* Knowledge of API programming languages (Java, C++, ActiveX, DDE for Excel) and Perl a plus. 
* Prior help desk and call center experience, financial services industry related a plus
