Responsibilities:

Analyze payments, initiate outgoing correspondence via SWIFT or emails, create adjustments/make payments and respond via SWIFT or email 
Respond to telephone inquiries 

Qualifications: 
Stable job history 
Minimum of five years in bank back office operations with a focus on client services and investigations 
Working knowledge of email systems, Microsoft Word and Excel and knowledge of SunGard Investigation system a plus 
Money Transfer experience with strong understanding of SWIFT, CHIPS and Fedwire 
Understanding of compensation rules and formulas 
Effective telephone and writing skills are necessary to interact with internal partners and external clients 
Ability to work as part of a team, provide back up coverage and assist team members during high volume periods 
Prior experience in Investigation/Compensation processing

• Coordinate, manage and perform the C&Q project activities 
• Generate, review and execute C&Q documentation and protocols 
• Communicate progress to core team members on project C&Q objectives and timelines
