Position Summary: Provide Human Resources support a new Pryor, OK facility. Provide leadership across a wide variety of areas to maximize organizational effectiveness and performance. As the senior HR lead on site you will partner with the plant leadership team in strategically planning the business. You will support the leadership team and employees in delivering the business agenda through four key roles (strategic partner, change agent, technical function expert and employee champion).

Major responsibilities:
� Develop and implement strategies, systems, processes, and programs that support effective employee relations. This includes creating and maintaining a work environment that supports the Employee Relations Philosophy and Strategies and establishing a climate for accomplishing productive improvement, operational flexibility, skill development, diversity and principles related to establishing a high performance organization.
� Create an effective employee relations environment that enables the facility and the organization to attain its business objectives, build employee commitment and eliminates external influence as well as ensure compliance.
� Lead corporate Human Resources initiatives such as the organizational health process and performance management process.
� Provide coaching and guidance to include conflict and grievance resolution, due to personal and/or collective bargaining agreement disputes in a union environment.
� Serve as an employee champion to ensure processes and relationships are fair and equitable and deliver communication and support systems to ensure all employees are fully engaged in the business and are fully committed to its success.
� Ensure full compliance of HR initiatives (SOX, staffing, people processes, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development) to drive growth initiatives.
� Drive recruitment, selection and succession planning strategies to ensure diversity initiatives are realized.
� Promote positive community relations by developing and maintaining an inclusive community relations program.

Candidate Must Have :

* Bachelors degree required
* 5 - 10 years of HR experience in a non-union manufacturing environment creating union avoidance strategies
* Experience creating and implementing strategy and change management initiatives

This candidate will be the Systems Administrator for their Apache Tomcat Server but they will also have to be proficient in IIS because of the nature of the ASP model they use. The product is a Java application running on Tomcat. This employee will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the server environment. They will be responsible for tweaking parameters when a new client is brought in. This person will be responsible for the proper configuration of software and for managing settings and time outs. This person is responsible for evaluating systems load and working to maintain the health of the system. This person will also work very closely with the development and QA teams.

Priorities: Apache Tomcat / IIS

Repository Application Systems Administrator
The primary responsibilities of the Application Systems Administrator will be to support a web environment that needs to perform at the highest level and be 100% available.

Application Management and Support Duties include
Manage, monitor and maintain hosting environment infrastructure
Manage and monitor core application hosting components including IIS/Apache, database servers, virtual and physical servers
Install, configure and manage .NET/IIS and Tomcat application servers in clustered environments
Install, test and support complex custom developed Web applications and their dependencies
Work with Development/QA to test any system level updates
Develop tools, processes and procedures, required to maintain an environment that adheres to best practices of the company
Monitor system and application availability


Requirements

Must have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of IT experience in systems administration/Web applications and Web server support
Must have a high level of knowledge of Internet content (from web design to production servers) and web applications
Must be proficient in IIS and Tomcat
Must have excellent troubleshooting skills.
Must have Windows based Server, Desktop, and Network administration experience.
Familiarity with Java Struts, JSP, XML is a plus
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) is a plus

In this position you will assist in the management of the CB Arbitrage Proprietary Portfolio. In particular you will be responsible for quickly identify opportunities in credit, volatility or event driven strategies; be knowledge of sector fundamentals and how they impact credit, volatility and equity prices; recommend catalyst driven trades research driven volatility or credit investments with a specific time horizon. Specific responsibilities include: 1) New issue analysis a. Quick credit assumptions for new issues using company financial statements, comps and sector dynamics b. Consolidate industry research reports on new issues and make projections on future credit and equity valuations; 2) Daily monitoring of equity and credit research on positions within the CB Arb portfolio a. Track internal and industry research on portfolio b. Make recommendations based on anticipated changes in volatility, credit or market events. c. Reach out to industry research analysts to develop in-depth perspective on companies we invest in d. Generate trade ideas on existing issues not held in the portfolio. Present ideas to PMs; 3) Generate internal research write-up on issues we hold in inventory a. in-depth report on credit metrics, potential catalysts, enter and exit points b. Maintain data base of Convertible research. Update these reports when appropriate; 4) Develop internal communication flow, providing and receiving information and perspective on market events. a. Prop Trading groups b. CB and equity desks c. Equity Research and FI research

Requirements:
You will be degree qualified and possess at least 10 years of convertible bond experience. CFA is required. You will have strong capital structure knowledge with the ability to analyze a companys entire capital structure, from equity, preferred stock, sub debt, sr debt and loans; will be able to recommend the best way to express a view (outright long, relative value credit or equity, and long or short volatility). You will possess an understanding of arbitrage trading techniques and be comfortable executing equity, options and CDS. You will have the ability to adapt to a variety of industry groups quickly given with a focus in Tech or Finance. You will possess strong structuring skills with a deep understanding of covenants, prospectus and bond structures. Must have excellent communication skills and must bring or be able to develop relationships within research teams as well as external research relationships. Travel is required to attend industry conferences and build external relationships. Series 7, 63 and 55 preferred.
