Job Description:	TITLE: Director, E-Business REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer LOCATION: White Plains, NY POSITION PURPOSE: Take the lead role in using new media capabilities to promote mission, outreach to existing and new audiences, and drive revenue.  Work extensively with all departments to execute the Foundation's strategic plan on the Internet and mobile platforms. Oversee internal communications and efforts involved in content development and production of new sites.   Work with external sponsors on executing joint e-business strategies. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee online strategy. Coordinate and lead the efforts of area content experts and internal staff to continually enhance and maintain an innovative and up-to-date web site which supports the Foundation's strategic plan.  Work with appropriate senior managers and others as to develop goals, plans, budgets, cost/benefit analyses, priorities and policies for the web presence. Oversee development and maintenance of 52 chapter sites, 5 major sites and a minimum of 7 micro sites. Work closely with others in the marketing department to: Build sites, re-launch sites, support internal Database group, support direct response, lead enhancements for online fundraising applications/usability, lead efforts in second life, product development of current sites, chapter event sites, mobile integration, tracking/reporting/metrics, development Electronic assets, executive co-marketing programs, etc. Oversee a team of producers. Oversee relationship with design and developer team. Create and maintain e-communities and fundraising platforms. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BA degree plus 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project management, e-business, implementing metrics and measurement systems expertise are critical. Proficient MS Office and database skills, Internet expertise a must. Excellent understanding of content management systems, online usability, programming languages, design, production, etc. Strong planning skills and ability to plan for and meet deadlines. Excellent communications skills. Ability to build highly effective working relationships at all levels.  Ability to manage client relationships. Proven ability to manage budgets. Project management, creative and forward thinking,visionary. Must be flexible and able to work very independently.

The Role    Senior Telecomm Engineer will be responsible for the configuration, operation and control of the Nortel PBX and ancillary products. This individual will be responsible for all troubleshooting and resolution of problems, and working with the vendor on the implementation of bug fixes, upgrades and enhancements. The engineer will also be responsible for the Genesys Call Center software operations, and the interoperability with the phone system.   Experience should include all versions of the Nortel PBX high-end product line such as Option 11, Option 81, Succession 1000, as well as branch office hardware such as BCM and SBO. Applicant must have a firm understanding of Symposium, ACD and related call center strategies. Applicant must be well-versed in emerging technologies such as Voice over IP which must also include related networking elements with regards to the LAN/WAN environment. Additional requirements include experience with various transmission methods such as PSTN circuits and tie-line trunks, and also include familiarity with the various related protocols such as QSIG.  Applicant must have a background in project management, and must be capable of deploying large and small scale voice platforms in both existing and newly built environments.

A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and six years of experience as described in "1" above; or 4. Education and experience equivalent to "1", "2" or "3" above. However, all candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and must possess at least three years of experience as described in "1" above, including the 18 months of administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience as described in "1" above.

 

Essential Skills

Hands on, in depth knowledge of accounting or budgeting business processes and practices and experience as a production support analyst (preferred). Experience working with planning, process and analysis/reporting tools such as; Oracle, SQL, Crystal Reports, MS Access, Excel. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are preferred. Competencies:

§      Candidate must have 5+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance and must have several years of experience using Mercury/HP test automation tools

§      Prior experience testing CRM applications required

§      Knowledge of application development standards, tools, and utilities required

§      Technically competent in marketing systems, data warehouse systems, database technologies (Oracle, SQL, ODBC)

§      Proficient knowledge of QA methodologies, Software Testing Best Practices, and SDLC

§      Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment

§      Prior experience with financials (banking, stocks, options, futures, fixed income, mortgage, accounting) a big plus
