.NET Developer to join our Brooklyn, NY team. The successful candidate should possess a minimum of four years experience working with ASP.NET and C#, as well as with SQL Server and Oracle stored procedures, functions and packages. Full knowledge of Object Oriented Programming is a must. Qualified individuals will possess two years experience creating reports with Microsoft Reporting Services. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop application to convert legacy system data in Oracle 8i db to new 10g Oracle database structure.
Code/program, in C#, assigned components of the client tracking system.
Develop stored procedures and triggers.
Document all programming code and provide team leader with technical documentation for all code written.
Program mobile computing components, as detailed in the business requirements, to send data from mobile devices to web-based client tracking system.
Unit test all code for mobile computing.
Unit test all code for reporting repository.
Develop web services and other interfaces to communicate with other systems. There are approximately 8 systems which need to exchange data.
Unit test all web services/interfaces code.

Four years ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server and Oracle stored procedures, functions and packages.

Four years Object Oriented Programming.

Two years creating reports with Microsoft/SQL Server Reporting Services.

Development of large scale systems using C#.

HRIS Business Analyst - Job Description

• Project scope is to consolidate two existing cross-divisional Peoplesoft HR systems into one (one is v. 8.8, one is v 8.9). In addition, project will consolidate three existing ADP payroll systems into one, and move all employees to common pay check frequencies.
• HRIS workstream is responsible for consolidation of HR data/systems, harmonization of HR processes across divisions and support of HR interface requirements for ADP consolidation and pay frequency harmonization.

Responsibilities:
The individual's exact responsibilities will be finalized once on board, but will include the following types of activities:
• Process Harmonization: Assist HRIS workstream lead with process harmonization effort -- for specific process gaps, identify divisional stakeholders, conduct discussions, agree on harmonized process. Assist with documentation of process design decisions.
• Testing: Design testing plan for consolidation effort. Supervise activities of two test script developers (on on-shore, one off-shore) and ensure quality of test scripts. Coordinate with divisional HR representatives to provide scripters with detailed information on process steps. Coordinate test execution -- tester scheduling, defect tracking and communication with development team.
• SOPs: Collect exsiting divisional SOPs, consolidate, incorporating new process changes. Ensure SOX compliance.
• Training: Develop materials to train internal HR shared service staff, as well as divisional HR generalists on new processes. Organize and/or conduct training sessions.

Experience/Skills:
• Strong business analyst/consulting skills - 5+ years.

• Self-starter, able to work independently.
• Light project management experience -- capable of organizing/leading a small team (1-2 people) on targeted effort within HRIS project workstream

· 3+ years experience in software testing in a Windows environment
· Bachelors Degree or Higher required
· Demonstrable and excellent writing and verbal skills
· Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

The selected applicant will be responsible for the design and development of real-time embedded software for advanced radio communications equipment. Applicant will:
· In a team environment, design and develop software components required to implement features and capabilities for software defined radios.
· Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (requirements analysis, high level design, detailed design, coding, unit test, integration, system level test).
· Prepare work estimates, schedule inputs and metric data to project management.
· Consult with other cross-functional engineering staff (electrical, mechanical, systems) to evaluate interfaces between hardware and software, and operational performance requirements of the overall system.
· Provide technical leadership for the team and act as a mentor for junior developers.
· Interface with both internal and external customers.
· Operates independently with minimal direction from technical leads.


Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in CS/CE/EE discipline along with 5+ years of directly related experience (3+ years with Master’s degree)
· Ability to obtain security clearance.
· C/C++ or Java programming languages.
· Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD)
· Unified Modeling Language (UML)
· Embedded software development (including compilers, debuggers, etc.)
· Multi-threaded design
· Real-time operating systems

· CORBA

· Tactical Radio Communications waveforms and equipment

· Software Communications Architecture (SCA)

· Knowledge of network security protocols (IPSec. HAIPE, etc.)
· Network certification (CISCO)
· RIP or SNMP experience
· Wireless networking (802.11, 802.16, WLAN, WiMAX)
· MANET

This position does require the ability to obtain a secret clearance
