Description:    Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to deliver integrated trading platform solutions. Able to think creatively in a fast paced environment to help deliver solutions to complex trading issues. Be able to work with Tmanagers and traders to identify / document systems enhancement requests and work diligently with developers (internal and vendor) to devise solutions quickly. Able to write test scripts to test various business processes and be able to execute test scripts using various test platforms. 

Basic Qualifications 
5+ years IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience. 

Plusses 
5 years in Equity/Options trading technology platform. 
Working knowledge of Retail Equity trading business. 
Working knowledge of applications like BETA, Brass, STN. 

Preferred Skills 
Working knowledge of FIX protocol 
Working knowledge of market data products

Description:    • Oversee Engineering Office and act as liaison between the Subgroup and Tech Service). Provide leadership and oversight for all Tech Services employees on-site (between 15 and 20) and be a part of leadership team 
• Manage the implementation of capital projects. 
• Identify requirements and secure the necessary engineering discipline, engineering services, procurement and construction support to execute the capital plans and/or the assigned projects (internal and/or outsourcing). 
• Participate as chairperson on Project Steering Committees and be a focal point between Project Team and Steering Committee on project issues and decisions 
• Prepare and execute Capital Projects 
• Provide management with updated analysis and projections on the status of capital projects 
• Act as a project liaison for all engineering activities This includes the management of the project portfolio, estimation of resource requirements and setting performance expectation s for the projects in the area 
• Manage a team of engineers providing guidance and/or direction in the area of concept development, basic engineering, process optimization, technical and economic evaluation of alternatives, scope definition and control, estimating, cost control, scheduling, ensuring schedule compliance, detailed engineering and design, compliance with engineering, safety and environmental standards and procedures, procurement of goods and services, overall supervision of construction and preparation of information for submittal of environmental permit applications 
• Participate in the recruitment, evaluation, training and development of project support and discipline personnel 
• Prepare engineering proposals or review and sign off of proposals prepared by direct reports for submission to the client. 

Required Qualifications: 
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering field and ten or more (10+) years of experience or Master of Science degree in an Engineering field and four to eight or more (4-8+) years of experience or:Ph.D. and two to six or more (2-6+) years of experience AND 
• Combined engineering and project engineering/management job exposure 
• Understanding of and evaluating technical input for engineering concepts, drawings and strategies, for supervision of discipline engineering and construction groups, and for interpretation and prioritization of diverse and complex engineering activities, in order to obtain an optimal design for plant operability and cost effectiveness 
• Significant experience directly related to the principles and procedures (both in-house and outsourcing methods) of process/project engineering and experience in controlling and integrating the activities associated with design/construction projects 
• An understanding of general business principles and procedures is beneficial in the handling of cost related aspects of project management 
• Good communication skills and computer literacy are mandatory. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Chemical Engineering degree
