The Financial Services Division engages in various process consulting and outsourcing projects to support the middle and back offices of some of the world’s largest banks, hedge funds and broker dealers. Responsible for various client consulting project and ongoing outsourcing engagements with assigned clients in the financial services sector. Responsible for creating and executing business strategy across the assigned client and to work closely with colleagues in India operations to ensure successful execution of all engagements. Point of contact for the Client in all aspects of the working relationship so understanding the nature of their business, operational complexities and challenges, along with our client's history of the relationship is key critical to this person’s success in developing and furthering this relationship. Goals include: Business - Developing comprehensive customer business plan and coverage strategy - Managing existing revenue portfolio and growing the service portfolio with the client Customer - Developing strong consultative customer relationship - Ensuring deeper understanding of customer/industry needs through high touch multi tier coverage - Working in tandem with overseas Service Delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction - Ensuring relevance of services to meet changing client and industry needs Practice - Ensuring entry into concentric service areas and developing new service lines by productizing the requested services - Helping to further develop practice specializations by developing and assisting various white papers and thought leadership writing Team - Appropriately hiring and training team members to meet changing business needs - Clearly setting goals and targets; measuring and following through on action Planning and Reporting - Tracking of customer touch points and business opportunities in SFDC system accurately and granularly - Sharing applicable information with others while keeping client matters confidential as required Email resume in Word to JeffAltman@TheBigGameHunter.us.
