Description:   

Approximately 50% travel required

 

•       Experience with digital and social marketing and customer connections

•       Development and implementation of Intranet and Internet websites and mobile solutions

•       Strong understanding and experience with CRM, Mobile and Social capabilities. (SFDC is a plus

•       Experience in process automation and information integration

•       Experience in leading global initiatives or programs

•       Experience in user experience design across multiple delivery channels, such as web, mobile

•       Ability to influence business and technical decision makers and solution owners

•       Ability to measure and communicate contribution or value of digital capabilities

•       Understanding of business and technical architectures of digital capabilities

•       Result-oriented, business-centric

•       Familiarity with digital eco-system

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Anticipate digital trends relevant for the workforce,  customers and partners

2.      Provide thought leadership on digital services, products and opportunities for business and IS

3.      Develop short- and long-term strategies, business case and execution plans for enabling digital capabilities

4.      Develop, monitor and report metrics for digital adoption and impact across the organization

5.      Maintain a digital showcase for the company

6.      Be an evangelist and a spokesperson for Digital Advantage inside and outside the organization

7.      Drive priorities and digital solutions, working with other IS teams

8.      Influence policies, technology choices and architecture design for digital capabilities

9.      Assess and drive improvement in Digital IQ of people, processes and services

10.     Develop and deliver end-user education programs and service

11.     Manage the Digital Customer Experience group in Digital and Corporate Solutions segment

12.     Manage the Social & Mobile groups
