Enterprise Systems Group Senior System Engineers are responsible for the management, architecture, backup and monitoring of technologies which include Access Controls, Active Directory, Akonix, Blackberry, Content Addressed Storage (EMC Centera), Enterprise Vault, Exchange, Extreme-Z Print Server, File Server, Goodlink, Ironport, Live Communications Server, Macintosh File Services, McAfee ePO/Anti-Virus, Microsoft Identity Integration Server, Network Attached Storage (EMC Celerra), Office Communications Server 2007, Outlook Web Access, Print Server, Public Key Infrastructure, RightFax, Storage Area Network (EMC Clariion), Systems Management Server, Trend ScanMail and Windows Mobile Access. The main focus for the position is Active Directory and Exchange 2003/2007. Candidates for this position must understand the low level underpinnings of both technologies and be able to automate the management of these technologies through the WMI and ADSI providers using scripting/programming languages.

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage the Exchange 2003 and Active Directory Global Infrastructure

· Support and maintenance of development and production systems including incident management, patch management, security management
· Problem management and root cause analysis
· Automating repetitive system management tasks
· Systems analysis and capacity planning
· Work closely with our helpdesk, desktop support and junior administrators to resolve issues beyond their technical capabilities and improve their skills

· Work with server administrators in foreign locations to standardize systems architecture and management



III. SKILL REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an effective operations organization through selection, training/development and motivation of a manufacturing team.

Direct the preparation of specifications as to quality, quantity, delivery and service required for purchase of plant equipment, supplies, and materials to meet production schedules. Involves suppliers in the design of these services optimizing the needs of the MRO facility.
� Provide leadership and direction to workforce in a manufacturing environment; establish production priorities and schedules consistent with unit goals.
� Prioritize and schedule work assignments for hourly workforce, provide performance assessment and development, coaching, mentoring and technical support, as needed.
� Implement 5S, set-up reduction initiatives, TPM initiatives and standard work planning to achieve customer turn around times under 20 days.
� Maintain an on time delivery above 90%.
� In addition to being responsible for the Manufacturing Personnel the Facilities Organization also reports to this position.

Qualifications:
3 years of related operations or manufacturing experience in the Aerospace MRO or related industries. Demonstrated success implementing change in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience in making sound business judgments related to product manufacturing.
Demonstrated success in leading by example.
Ability to facilitate and manage change effectively.
Effective interpersonal skills � able to communicate and engage personnel at all levels of the organization.
Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience/training a definite plus.

Education Requirements:
B.S. degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
MS or MBA degree highly desirable.
