Description:   
Must have at least 2 years of P2 Experience
Bachelor's Degree required. 
 
Responsible for effective provisioning, operation and maintenance of TEL infrastructure.  The individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to the goals of the organization.
 
o   IT liaison with Land Administration and P2
o   Troubleshoot TEL error message with users
o   Resolve application issues and report to  IT Support
o   Test and document patch fixes in TEST and PROD environments
o   Test and document application upgrades in TEST and PROD environments
o   Build complex queries in TEL to ensure data accuracy
o   Process mass change updates on data in TEL
o   Document business processes and provide written instruction for data entry into TEL
o   Provide acreage queries and Exhibit A spreadsheets for reporting purposes
o   Work with P2 programmers to convert and migrate data from acquired properties into TEL; ensure accuracy of data mapping for conversions using department business processes and application functionality; document and test program logic in TEST environment prior to production load; document data discrepancies post conversion for cleanup by users
o   Work with Land Administration to provide spreadsheets of TEL data to Buyers of divested properties

Responsibilities/Expectations:
