Investor Relations Specialist: Jobs in NYC and Jersey City to $75000 + bonus CODE IRCJA1

The Investor Relations Specialist is an integral member of a dedicated client team. This role is focused on day-to-day client interaction. It requires thorough and precise work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 

The position in Jersey City requires 2-4 years experience and some private equity experience; the one in NYC requires 1-3 years experience in financial services

 

Description:

·         Review of subscription agreements

·         Follow up with investors on missing documentation

·         Maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records

·         Maintenance of bank accounts for funds assigned

·         Preparation and review of daily and weekly performance releases

·         Production of partner statements and correspondence

·         Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls

·         Assisting with various projects as assigned

 

Qualifications required:

·         1 – 3 years experience in Financial Services

·         Exposure to accounting and performance reporting

·         Hedge fund or mutual fund background

·         Demonstrated strong client relationship experience

·         BS or BA in Accounting/Finance/Economics

·         Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Superior written and oral communication skills

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects

·         Proactive attitude

·         Problem solver
