MUST HAVE SILVERLIGHT EXPERIENCE

Competencies:
• 5-7+ years of experience in GUI development of a commercially released software products.
• Architectural background with frontend, mid-tier and backend application development using .NET and MS SQL Server.
• Team Leading experience is a plus.
• Strong experience developing and implementing software application solutions using ASP.NET required.
• Experience with Silverlight is REQUIRED
• Experience with application databases, specifically MS SQL Server.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment

Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to deliver the best solutions to our clients

Education/Experience:
• Degree in related field required for software development and delivery activities (BSCS, BS, or BSEE, etc)
• 5 years experience in software development

Software Testing Experience in a Hardware environment (e.g. Cisco)
Device Testing Experience (e.g., Logic type, Mobile)
Product Testing Experience preferred
Systems Development Life Cycle and Project Management Methodologies.

Support business development efforts by:
Participating in sales calls and presenting Testing Services capabilities
Scoping new Testing Services opportunities
Driving proposal efforts with offshore counterparts
Engaging with and bringing-in the appropriate offshore team members
Manage onsite resource allocations through coordination with the Testing Services resource management function and account management teams.
Actively participate in onsite recruiting efforts.
Achieve 50% billability through active participation in early-stage/”quick start” initiatives and test process consulting engagements.
Build and manage relationships with Offshore Vertical Test Managers.

MUST BE WEST COAST BASED (PREFER BAY AREA BUT WILL CONSIDER SEATTLE, TOO)
HIGH TECH INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Requirements
• 8+ years of systems integration, software development, or IT experience; at least 3+ years in a consulting environment
• 3+ years of software quality assurance (SQA) experience in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of SQA processes and methodologies
• Hand-on experience with at least one of the following categories of tools:
o Test Management
o Test Automation
o Performance Testing
o Defect Management
• Prior experience working in an onsite/offshore model
• Strong test estimation skills
• Experience managing and leading teams
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Prior experience with sales and pre-sales support

7 yrs exp. in designing, managing and implementing large scale servers in a production datacenter environment. This is a great opportunity to work with an experienced team of systems engineers that design, build and support the Windows based systems that are part of the production environment. Candidate must have exp liaising with developers and have production application implementation & support experience.

Responsibilities Include: Infrastructure design, Active Directory implementation, system builds, performance monitoring & tuning, application & server high availability, and disaster recovery.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 7 years designing & supporting large-scale Windows based servers in a production application environment. Strong communication skills & the ability to interface with senior developers & various other R&D Departments MCSE training and/or certification required. Programming/scripting experience required & must have good Project Management skills. Windows 2000/2003 Server, Active Directory, MS Cluster Service, IIS6, DNS, TCP/IP, SQL Server needed. Must be familiar with HP and/or IBM server hardware.
