Responsibilities: 
· Implementation of build process and improvements. 
· Automation of scripts. 
· Daily maintenance of source repositories. 
· Distributed deployment and install of releases to single/multiple-host environment. 
· Consolidate JIRA projects. 
· Collaborate with other teams to support builds. 
· Coordinate resources across various applications, operations or project. 
· Monitor progress and adjust resources and priorities accordingly. 


Desired Qualifications: 
· Senior level. 
· Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 or higher. 
· Proficiency in Scripting using Bourne, Korn shell and C shell. 
· Proficiency in Apache Ant Scripting. 
· Subversion and CVS Source Control - Branching / Merging / Tagging. 
· Good concepts of RDBMS with preferably Sybase 12.5 or higher. 
· Automated Build implementation using Hudson / Cruise Control. 
· Knowledge of Autosys (Job management and scripting). 
· Excellent problem solving skills. 

Beyond the core skills, the following skills are beneficial 
· Knowledge of Credit Risk applications or experience in financial sector. 
· Knowledge of JIRA/Core Java/XML Schemas. 
· Knowledge of Data Synapses grid environment. 
· Knowledge of Perl. 
· Knowledge of Object Oriented, multi-threaded programming.

Applications Support Specialist - (US-NY-New York)

· Front office trading support experience desirable (Loantrak or LoanIQ preferred). 

· Ability to quickly analyze issues and coordinate with the appropriate support teams quickly. 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. 

· Must possess a customer service mindset. 

· Windows desktop and server support experience required. 

· Candidate should have experience with Excel macros and understand VBA. This isn’t a coding position, but macro and VBA knowledge will be helpful when troubleshooting issues. 

· Scripting knowledge desirable (Python, VBScript, Powershell preferred) . 

· Experience with MS Sql Server and T-SQL. The job will require direct interaction with the database. The candidate won’t be making schema or structure changes on the database, but will need to query for ad hoc data requests, minor reports and to troubleshoot issues. 

· Ability to work extended hours. The job supports trading activity – if the traders are working, so is support. 

· Can thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced business environment. 

· Willingness to learn all aspects of the business, inclusive of Middle Office, Operations and Enterprise Risk.
