Description:    Requirements 
BA/BS Degree in Engineering or Computer Science 
Minimum 10 years’ experience in software product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership role (Engineering/Product Development Management, Technical Architect, Technical Project Lead) 
Ability to achieve Certification within 6 months of joining 
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM 
Strong experience in assessing and managing project risk, and driving tactical objectives in an assertive, fast-growing, dynamic Engineering organization 
Extensive experience defining, designing and delivering enterprise scale systems 
Expert level knowledge of CRM, Customer Service and Contact Center technologies WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE, DO NOT APPLY 
Experience in building or leading the development of customer service applications at large-scale enterprises 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical resources 
Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully to both internal and external customers, including senior executives 

Responsibilities 
Act as a functional, technical and architectural thought leader 
Develop guidelines and best practices around development to ensure that product architecture meets the demanding and constantly changing needs of product management 
Work with product owners to help define the product roadmap, and offer guidance and suggestions on evolving features and technology 
Maintain cross-functional relationships with other dev managers and architects, other framework owners, and with engineering to ensure ideas and information are shared across teams 
Encourage proper documentation and transfer of knowledge by team members to ensure repeatability and scalability 
Govern and track projects 
Keeps internal tools for managing backlog and use cases up to date 
Provide product-specific support to Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Training teams 
Evaluate Competitive market offerings and deliver on differentiation and analysis studies, positioning and communications 
Develop the skills of direct reports by planning effective developmental activities related to current and future needs 
Communicate with senior leadership, as well as customer and partner leadership.
