| Description: | REQUIREMENTS
•Deep knowledge of Java programming language - at least 3 years' experience.
•Technical and architectural consulting experience, honed through extensive commercial experience.
•Experience with application and middleware concepts, architectures and deployments, distributed Java systems, and familiarity with associated protocols and specifications (e.g. JEE, messaging, caching).
•Spring framework, networking protocols, big data, object/relational databases, web and caching solutions, application servers, monitoring and messaging systems.
• Excellent English oral and written communication & presentation skills.
Plusses
Knowledge in the following:
•Cloud and virtualized environments.
•Broad understanding of concurrent, distributed programming and systems, and related technologies (including open source solutions)
•Knowledge of .Net
•Serve as a technical point-of-contact and a trusted advisor for our key accounts as part of the sales process. Manage relationships with technical staff and understand technical intricacies of the account. Involved with building the account strategy, advocate our clients technology and influence customer satisfaction.
•Proactively work with the account to ensure the best possible implementation of XAP by:
•Managing relationships with customer technical teams, maintaining regular contact.
•Advising accounts on relevant client issues and developments.
•Functioning as a frontline technical resource for "best practices" and informal account questions. Identify and facilitate resolutions for technical issues.
•Work involves hands-on programming, analysis, debugging, communication, technical issue resolution, and serving as a primary escalation point.
Coordinates activities between internal groups & partners, lead problem resolution to maximize value to our client’s customers in accordance with customers' expectations.
