Description:   
As the financial controller of the business, ensure financial control functions are integrated to optimize cost reduction, satisfy financial requirements, and safeguard assets. This position will provide the opportunity to become an integral part of the production management team with a definite "hands-on" attitude required.
 
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Take a proactive role in supporting and advising the GM and corporate controller on financial & business matters.
• Assist in making timely recommendations concerning financial consequences of strategies, programs, and actions.
• Communicate performance goals throughout the business to all employees as part of an overall education process to drive continuous cost reduction.
• Supervise 3 hourly employees in the unit.
• Direct monthly closing and variance analysis of financial results.
• Provide performance reports pertaining to part cost, period cost, reserves, operating expenses, inventory and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate all forecasting efforts related to workload/volume, manpower planning and operating expenses for the unit.
• Take the lead in setting standards and budget.
• Join business unit teams in supporting EHS and ACE goals for both operations and office areas.
• Set a high standard in monitoring and oversight of ethics and control policies (Sarbanes-Oxley, Standard Procedures, corporate code of ethics) to ensure 100% compliance.
 
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree w/6–10+ years experience,MA/MS degree w/4–7+ years experience,PhD degree w/2–4+ years experience,Strong background in financial analysis, cost analysis and budgeting.,Supervisory skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities
Develop and manage all staffing initiatives; continually assesses talent acquisition effectiveness and initiates technology, process and team performance improvements.
Consult directly with all levels of leadership which includes presenting proposals and updates to leadership/ line management.
Provides management and/or employees with consultation pertaining to effective sourcing practices, recruitment and interviewing practices as well as optimal on- boarding techniques.
Develop and implement recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
Develop and administer employee referral programs.
Manage contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters; retained and contingent, job boards, job fairs and various internet job search websites for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates.
Manage the resume tracking system.
Ensure consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.
Serves as or oversee website content expert for Staffing & Recruitment.
Submits reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc. to Human Resources staff and/or senior management, as appropriate.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations’ effective achievement of objectives.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
