REQUIREMENTS
•         Degree in Computer Science with emphasis on Software Engineering. Equivalent related field experience will be considered. Strong preference for marketing, sales & business analytics experience.
•         5+ years of experience with C#, .Net framework, Javascript, ASP.NET MVC, and CSS.
•         Up-to-date .Net 4 or 4.5 framework experience.  Requires WCF and LINQ.
•         Preferred experience in SQL Server, Dev Express, and Bootstrap.
•         Familiarity with Reporting Services, Analysis Services, and other business intelligence tools.
•         Strong problem solving and analysis skills, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
•         Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
•         Responsible for planning systems or software programming and analysis projects and preparing and implementing project plans.
•         Define system or software requirements and priorities with end users and offer solutions.
•         Develop and monitor software development standards.
•         Work with technical group to develop specs and documentation.
•         Ensure complete user training and software delivery.
•         Support planning, implementing and analyzing business intelligence.
•         Define system or software requirements to provide solutions to end user priorities.
•         Interact with executive management to define, analyze, and execute business intelligence reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3-5 years of software development experience.
Strong numerical programming skills in C++ required, any exposure to .NET programming would be a plus.
Good knowledge of financial modeling (interest rates, credit, stochastic volatility) would be desirable but not necessary.
Experience in implementing numerically intensive calculations on computational grids is a plus.
Excellent analysis skills and analytical mindset.
Minimum bachelor’s degree required (ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Finance). Candidates with advanced degree (Masters, PHD) preferred.
 
Responsibillities:
 
Work as part of a team responsible for maintaining the risk engines that drive multi-asset class risk products. You will have an opportunity to learn the analytical methodologies and business context in which risk management systems are used. MUST have  experience with implementation of large-scale computational processes on computer grids.
 
The ideal candidate would have experience working with valuation models for securitized products and implementing simulation based risk methodologies. Strong mathematical and advanced programming skills. An understanding of simulation frameworks, optimization, and calibration techniques is desirable, but candidates need not be skilled in all of these areas. Strong communication skills. You should understand the difference between real-world measure and risk-neutral processes, enjoy computer programming and working on a large-scale distributed system, and seek an environment where learning complex, new methodologies is a daily requirement.

Large medical practice is seeking an experienced Director of IT-Health Information Management.
 
Responsibilities will include full oversight of IT department and functions, including hardware and software maintenance, trouble shooting and upgrades. Also includes full oversight of HIM department, including maintaining the electronic medical records system which comprises updates, training of all staff, troubleshooting and correction of issues. Duties also include oversight of the IT and medical records, scanning and transcription staff, including supervision, hiring, evaluations, training, problem solving and discipline.
 
Act as the HIPAA compliance officer for the practice.
 
Qualified candidates will have experience with electronic medical record systems (EMR). Allscripts experience is strongly desired.
 
Must have extensive knowledge of Meaningful Use, PQRS and Risk Assessment.
 
At least 3 years of supervision and management experience and a strong IT and medical records background is required.
