• Manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities of large and complex projects, including new product launches and business process improvement.
• Develop and determine project approach, effort, schedule, team member roles and expectations, and ensure that resources are used efficiently and workload is balanced.
• Identify and engages all key stakeholders, contributors and business and technical resources that must participate in a projects and ensure that contributors are motivated to complete assigned tasks within the parameters of the project plan.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed in accordance with PMO direction.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across the organization and disparate functions. Must be comfortable leading projects for groups that are in remote locations.
• Successfully manage and prioritize multiple, parallel projects using project planning techniques and software through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Track project activities against plans, and develop and manage project status documentation and communications.
• As part of project status tracking and reporting, continuously assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate courses of action to mitigate.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes for assigned projects.
• Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with teams across all business units.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Three or more years of experience in a job requiring strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills; rigorous, data-driven decision-making; and sound business judgment.
• Five plus years of hands-on experience in IT design and development as well as minimum of two years of business analysis experience.
• Strong experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex, cross-functional projects. Experience and demonstrated success in leading and managing teams and ability to concurrently manage multiple projects are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional judgment and leadership skills.
• Diplomacy, tact and relationship building skills required.
• Expert knowledge of standard project management tools (i.e., MS Project, Visio, MS Office Suite).
• Bachelor's degree required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in development and implementation of mobile communications and content delivery solutions is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with electronic processing of prepaid products and services as well as telecom industry experience is desired.
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to senior management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, often chaotic environment.
